OLYMPIC KINE TRADING COMPANY
This film renter, whose business was run from Motograph House, Upper St Martins Lane, London (later the headquarters of John Logie Baird's Television Ltd), bought the studio from Lyndhurst in 1916 but apparently made no films in Shoreham, probably due to wartime conditions. Perhaps the company thought of moving over into production but never made it.

Two films, Because and Democracy, were made in 1918 apparently before the move to Shoreham, where 17 productions were produced over the next four years. All films were distributed by Butcher's Film Service.
