An Act for enabling the Brighton, Hove, and Preston constant Service Waterworks Company to purchase the Undertaking of the Brighton, Hove, and Preston Waterworks Company, and for granting to the first-named Company all necessary Powers for supplying with Water the Parishes of Brighton, Hove, and Preston, in the County of Sussex.

Brighton Corporation Waterworks Act
An Act for vesting the undertaking of the Brighton, Hove and Preston (Contant Service) Waterworks Company in the Corporation of Brighton, and for extending the limits for the supply of water to certain neighbouring places; and for other purposes.

Gave the Corporation the power to borrow on the security of rates, rents and revenues from the waterworks not exceeding £450,000.
